Prynhawn Da and Good afternoon from your weekly Oswestry Livestock Auctions update. As seen in recent times as soon as numbers of sheep increase trade suffers but thank goodness there is always a new home available for your stock, as required good to see plenty of trade in all cattle sections with stores creeping back up to where they were. Beef cooking and OTMs even with more about a grand trade.
FAT CATTLE: (33)
A wonderful show of prime cattle in front of us today and all sold well. Top slots hit £1435 for a steer in the lump, highest per kilo was 264p for Heifers, 218p for Bulls and 206p for Steers, bottom book of 122p for a friesian steer.
